Description
EMAS 2004 will review the ablities and limitations of electron probe X-ray microanalysis and related areas. An overview of present achievements is provided as well.
The programme will consist of invited lectures delivered by renowned experts, and two poster sessions. Two round-table discussions will
also be held.
The main topics to be dealt with during EMAS 2004 will be:
- Electron-specimen interaction
- X-ray spectrometry
- Electron spectroscopy
- Analytical electron microscopy
- Quantification of electron probe microanalysis
- Electron diffraction
- Practical aspects & applications
